All the territory included within the following described boundaries shall be in the
fourth judicial district:
Commencing at the mouth of the Santa Maria River where the southerly boundary line
of the County of San Luis Obispo intersects the ordinary high water line of the Pacific
Ocean; thence, running from said point of commencement along the southerly boundary
line of said county to its intersection with the east line of Section 25, Township 32 South, of Range 17 East, M.D.M.; thence, north on range line between Ranges 17 and 18 East, Township 32 South, 5 miles to the northeast corner of Township 32 South, of
Range 17 East, M.D.M.; thence, west on township line between Townships 31 and 32 South, of
Range 17 East, 6 miles to the southwest corner of Township 31 South, of Range 17 East, M.D.M., thence, north on range line between Ranges 16 and 17 East, Township 31 South, 1 mile; thence, on section lines 4 miles to southwest corner
of Section 28, Township 31 South, of Range 16 East; thence, north, along Section line to the northwest
corner of said Section 28; thence, east along Section line to the southeast corner of Section 20, Township 31 South, Range 16 East, M.D.M.; thence, north, along section lines to
the intersection of the east line of Section 8 of last said township and range with
the Summit of the Santa Lucia Range of Mountains; thence, northwesterly following
the summit of said range to its intersection with the easterly line of Section 24, Township 30 South, Range 13 East, M.D.M.; thence, south along the easterly lines of Sections
24, 25 and 36 of said township and range to the southeast corner of said township;
thence, west, along the south line of said Township 30 South, Range 13 East, M.D.B. and M., to the northeast corner of the Perrozi Annexation
to the city of San Luis Obispo, California as shown on the Map of Tract No. 317 filed
for record in Map Book 7 at page 6 in the office of the recorder of San Luis Obispo
County, California; thence, southerly and westerly along the city limits of the city
of San Luis Obispo as shown on the Map of said Tract No. 317 to a point on the east
line of Township 31 South, Range 12 East, M.D.B. and M.; thence, south along last
said east line of said township and range to the point which is 20 feet southerly
of the north line of Section 7; thence, east, along a line parallel with and distant
20 feet southerly of said north line of Section 7 to a point on the southwesterly
line of County Road No. 34; thence, easterly and southeasterly, along the southwesterly
line of said county road to a point on the northwesterly line of the Rancho Corral
de Piedra; thence, southwesterly, along said northwesterly line of the Rancho Corral
de Piedra, to a point on the south line of Lot 5 of the aforementioned Section 7;
thence, west, along the said south line of Lot 5 and along the south line of Lot 2
of said Section 7 to the west ¼ section corner of said Section 7; thence, south, along
the west line of said Section 7, to the northeast corner of Section 13 of Township 31 South, Range 12 East; thence, west, along the north line of said Section 13 to the northwest corner thereof; thence, south, along the west line of said Section 13 to a point on the north line of the Rancho San Miguelito; thence, easterly, along
said north line to the northeast corner of said rancho; thence, southerly, along the
easterly line of said rancho to the northeast corner of Lot 1 of the subdivisions
of Parts of Rancho Pismo and San Miguelito according to the map thereof recorded in
Book A of Maps at page 157, records of said county; thence, along the northerly lines
of Lots 1, 2, and 3 of last mentioned subdivisions, northwesterly, westerly and southwesterly
to the northwest corner of said Lot 3; thence, southerly and southwesterly along the
westerly line of said Lot 3 and along the westerly line of Lot 5 of last said subdivisions
to a point on the southwesterly right-of-way line of the California State Highway
V-SLO-2-E., thence, northwesterly, along said southwesterly right-of-way line to a
point on the southerly line of Lot A of the Beebee Tract according to the map thereof
recorded in Book B of Maps at page 68, records of said county; thence, westerly, along
said southerly lot line to the southwest corner of said Lot A; thence, southerly,
along the easterly line of Lot 43 of the Subdivisions of the Rancho San Miguelito,
according to the map thereof recorded in Book A of Maps at page 38, records of said
county to the line of ordinary high tide of the Pacific Ocean; thence, southeasterly
and southerly, along said line of ordinary high tide to the point of beginning.
