§ 2.80.090. Appointment, powers and duties of assistant and deputies.

The director of emergency services shall appoint such assistant and/or deputies as are necessary to aid him in carrying out his powers and duties, and except as is specified in Section 2.80.100 hereof, such assistant and/or deputies shall have such powers and duties as are specified in writing by such director.
