§ 2.88.020. Appointment of members.

The alternative procedure for appointment of members of the county assessment appeals board, as provided for in Sections 1622.1 and 1623.1 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of California is elected. Appointment of the members of the county assessment appeals board shall be directly by the board of supervisors. Approval of each member shall be by majority vote of the board of supervisors.
