§ 3.05.020. General tax.

The commercial cannabis business tax is enacted solely for general governmental purposes for the county and not for specific purposes. All the proceeds from the tax imposed by this chapter shall be placed in the county's general fund and can be used for general governmental purposes. The term "cannabis" or "marijuana" may be used interchangeably throughout this chapter.
