§ 3.09.070. Imposition of assessment.

The board of supervisors hereby levies and imposes and orders the collection of an additional assessment to be imposed upon lodging businesses in the district described above, which shall be calculated pursuant to Section 3.09.050 above. Such levy shall begin on July 1, 2009.
