§ 3.18.040. Exceptions.

The following grant deeds shall be exempt from such fees:

Grant deeds conveying:
(1)

Lots created by recorded tract maps;

(2)

Real property within the boundaries of any incorporated city;

(3)

Real property from the United States or any agency or instrumentality thereof, or from any public entity;

(4)

Real property to any public entity, or to the United States or any agency or instrumentality thereof.
