§ 5.16.070. Discretionary land use permit disclosure.

The county shall include the disclosure statement described in Section 5.16.040(b) on all discretionary land use permit applications administered by the county department of planning and building. These shall include, but not be limited to, applications for the approval of land divisions pursuant to Title 21 of the San Luis Obispo County Code, applications for the approval of discretionary land use permits pursuant to Title 22 of the San Luis Obispo County Code, and applications for the approval of discretionary land use permits pursuant to Title 23 of the San Luis Obispo County Code.
