§ 6.04.130. Operator.

"Operator" means any person engaged in the business of selling, renting, or placing on consignment or on commission basis mechanical or electronic amusement devices in various locations within the county, and every person who owns, uses, and operates more than two mechanical or electronic amusement devices.
