"Person" or "party" means and includes an individual, firm, association, corporation,
cooperative, or non-cooperative, carrying on the business for which a license must
first be procured. When the terms used in this section designate the principal, the
same means and includes the clerk, agents, representatives, and employees of such
principals. The intent of this title is to license the business and not separate or
individual acts or activities, which constitute integral or related parts of the business,
except as otherwise provided in this title.
