§ 6.08.030. Issuance period.

  • Unless otherwise specifically provided, all license periods are as follows:

    (1)

    The period of all annual licenses shall begin on the date that the license is issued and shall expire one year later. No license shall be granted or issued for a period longer than one year from the date of issuance.

    (2)

    All businesses for which a daily permit is required shall only be valid for the dates stated on the issued license.

    (3)

    Businesses that are dependent on the issuance of a permit from a regulatory department shall have a license issued only for as long as that permit is active and has not expired.
