§ 6.08.120. Keeping insurance and special requirements in force and effect.
Latest version.
Whenever this title requires the applicant for any license to procure, post, or maintain
in effect any bond, undertaking, deposit, surety, or policy of insurance, any license
issued on that condition is valid only when such bond, undertaking, deposit, surety,
or policy of insurance is in full force and effect. Such license shall be automatically
suspended without notice if at any time such bond, undertaking, deposit, surety, or
policy of insurance is not in full force and effect. If a new bond, undertaking, deposit,
surety, or policy of insurance acceptable to the tax collector is filed before the
cancellation or expiration date, then the license will continue in force.
