§ 6.32.080. License renewal.

(a)

Once approved by the board, for time and place, the license may be renewed for the same time and place in consecutive years. Prior to renewal the fireworks business license holder must provide proof that the requirements regarding the insurance policy and approval by the county fire chief have been obtained for the renewal period.

(b)

If the license is not renewed each consecutive year, no renewal is possible, and a new application process must be initiated pursuant to this Code.
