§ 6.52.020. Permit required.

It is unlawful for any person to engage in the business of conducting, maintaining or soliciting business for any private patrol service in the unincorporated area of the county without first obtaining a permit to do so from the sheriff of the county and obtaining a business license as provided in this title and paying the necessary fees therefor.
