§ 7.08.020. Atascadero Fire District, county airports and Laguna Lake area restricted.

It is unlawful for any person to wilfully fire or discharge any gun, rifle, shotgun or pistol or other such firearm within the confines of the following areas without having first obtained permission in writing from the board of supervisors or its designated agent or from the sheriff:

(1)

Atascadero fire district;

(2)

County airports within the County of San Luis Obispo;

(3)

Laguna Lake area, which area is more particularly described as follows:

Lots 51, 52, 53 and 54 of the Rancho La Laguna as shown on the map of the subdivisions of the Ranchos Canada de los Osos and La Laguna, on file in the office of the county recorder of said county, in Book A of Maps at page 83; said parcel being bounded on the southeast by the City of San Luis Obispo, on the southwest by Los Osos Valley Road, County Road No. 13028 (Old Road No. 29), on the northwest by Foothill Boulevard, County Road No. 13031 (Old Road No. 29), and on the northeast by the northeasterly boundary line of the aforementioned Lot 51.
