§ 7.08.050. Cambria fire protection district, Baywood Park and Los Osos restricted.
(a)
Cambria Fire Protection District. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, it is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation wilfully to fire, discharge, or shoot, or cause or permit to be wilfully fired, discharged or shot within the confines of the area known as the Cambria fire protection district, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, any gun, rifle, shotgun, revolver, pellet gun or firearm of any kind, including any arrow or similar missile, without having first received permission in writing from the board of supervisors or its designated agent, or from the sheriff.
(b)
Baywood Park—Los Osos. Except as otherwise provided in this code, it is unlawful for any person wilfully to fire, discharge, or shoot any gun, rifle, shotgun, revolver, pellet gun, or firearm of any kind, or any bow and arrow or similar missile, within the confines of the South Bay Fire District as presently constituted or as altered by future annexation or in any of the area bounded by the westerly boundary of South Bay Fire District, the high tide mark of the southerly portion of Morro Bay, the southerly boundary of Morro Bay State Park, the high tide mark of the Pacific Ocean, and the northerly boundary of Montana de Oro State Park, without having first received permission in writing from the board of supervisors or its designated agent or from the county sheriff.
