§ 7.28.010. Designated.

  • Those ordinances which were in effect within Baywood Park County Water District and South Bay Fire District prior to the South Bay area reorganization which was duly consummated on June 27, 1973, and which dissolved the water district and the fire district and also formed San Luis Obispo County Service Area No. 9, are ratified and adopted as ordinances of the County of San Luis Obispo to be operative and effective as follows: Those which were ordinances of the former Baywood Park County Water District shall be operative and effective within that territory of the County of San Luis Obispo which was included in the former water district; and those which were ordinances of the former South Bay Fire District shall be operative and effective within that territory of the County of San Luis Obispo which was included in the former fire district; provided, however, that the water district and the fire district ordinances are incorporated herein by reference as though here fully set forth.
