§ 7.30.060. Violation of chapter declared a misdemeanor.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
