§ 7.35.110. Penalty.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail of not more than six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
