§ 7.45.030. Provision, Sale, and/or Distribution of Synthetic Drugs Prohibited.

(a)

It is unlawful for any person to provide, distribute, or sell any synthetic drug.

(b)

Merely disclaiming a synthetic drug as "not safe for human consumption" will not avoid the application of this chapter.
