§ 8.04.120. Permit—Prerequisite to business license.

No business license shall be issued for any food or drink establishment by the county for which a valid permit is required by this chapter and Chapter 8.12, until such person, firm, or corporation, or agent, or employee of such person, firm, or corporation can show possession of a valid permit from the county health department for which the business license is required.
