All floors, walls, ceilings, stairs, or shelves, furniture, equipment, utensils, foods-area
ways, yards, alleys, waterclosets, dressing rooms, plumbing fixtures in or in connection
with any food or drink establishment shall at all times be kept in good order and
repair and be maintained in a clean, sanitary condition and free from all kinds of
vermin, rubbish, debris, or filth.
