The County of San Luis Obispo is charged with enforcement and administration of this
chapter, and its departments are authorized to make necessary and reasonable policies
and procedures with respect to the accumulation, collection, transportation, processing,
recycling, and disposal of various types of solid waste, consistent with this chapter.
