§ 8.12.280. Agricultural byproducts.

(a)

Culled fruits and vegetables which cannot be used for animal feed, returned to soil, or recovered in another manner shall be disposed of only in a disposal site authorized under Section 8.12.523(2) or 8.12.610.

(b)

Agriculture byproducts or wastes, not of plant or animal origin, such as nonhazardous packaging, plastic film or shop wastes, shall be disposed of in a disposal site authorized under Section 8.12.523(2) or 8.12.610.
