§ 8.12.513. Hauling of solid waste or recyclable material.

(a)

The hauling of solid waste or recyclables on public roads or highways shall be governed by Vehicle Code Sections 23114 and 23115.

(b)

The parking of solid waste or recyclables collection and transportation vehicles shall be governed by Title 14 California Code of Regulations Section 17343.
