§ 8.12.745. Reporting.

Notwithstanding the reporting requirements pursuant to any other provision of this code, the franchise agreement shall require the franchisee to report the following information:
(1)

Information relating to the quantities, types, volumes, weights, nature and location of waste collected, transported and disposed;

(2)

Annual financial statements prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and audited by a certified public accountant. The financial statement shall include an opinion of the certified public accountant, and any opinion which reflects any breach of the terms and conditions of the franchise agreement by the franchisee may result in a limitation or loss of the franchisee's right to perform services.
