§ 8.20.010. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to provide requirements to ensure the protection of health, welfare, and property of the general public, and to protect the character, social and economical stability of San Luis Obispo County by enforced regulations controlling the use of orchard or citrus grove heaters.
