This chapter does not constitute the exclusive procedure for removal of abandoned,
wrecked, dismantled, or inoperative vehicles within the county, but supplements and
is in addition to all other regulatory codes, statutes, and ordinances heretofore
or hereafter enacted by the county, the state, or any other legal entity or agency
having jurisdiction, relating hereto.
