§ 8.30.025. Consumer responsibility.

Consumers shall be responsible for the installation and use of pipelines and equipment for the avoidance of cross-connections, compliance with the provisions of this chapter, and for reporting to the department any changes in water usage. In the event of any cross-connection existing or occurring on or within the premises, the department shall be immediately notified by the consumer so that appropriate corrective measures may be taken.
