§ 8.93.020. Use of public sewers required.

(a)

Within one hundred eighty days of being notified that the county's wastewater system is operational and available for connection to its lot, each owner within the service area must connect any building(s) on its lot to the county's wastewater system.

(b)

The connection must be accomplished by the owner in accordance with this chapter, the California Plumbing Code, any and all requirements and limitations of the regional water quality control board, California Coastal Commission, and other regulatory agencies, and any other applicable laws or regulations.
