All of the territory included within the following described boundaries shall be in
the third judicial district:
Commencing at the most westerly corner of Lot 6 of the Rancho Pecho y Islay; as subdivided
by H. C. Ward April, 1880, the map whereof is filed for record in the office of the
recorder of San Luis Obispo County, California in Map Book "B" at page 86, being on
the line of ordinary high water of the Pacific Ocean and running thence northeasterly
along the northwest line of Lot 6 of said rancho to the most northerly corner of Lot
6; thence easterly along the south line of Lots 4 and 5 of the said Rancho Pecho y
Islay, to the southwest corner of Section 1, Township 31 South, Range 10 East, M.D.B.
and M.; thence, continuing easterly along the south lines of said Section 1, Sections
6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, Township 31 South, Range 11 East, and of Sections 6 and 5, Township
31 South, Range 12 East, M.D.B. and M., to a point on the southwest line of the Ranchos
Canada de los Osos and La Laguna, surveyed by James T. Stratton, May, 1868, the map
whereof is filed for record in Map Book "A" at page 83, records of said county; thence,
along said southwest line to the most westerly corner of Lot 59 as shown on last said
map; thence, northeasterly along the northwest line of said Lot 59 and continuing
across Los Osos Valley Road and along the northwest line of Lot "CC" of the Resubdivision
of Lots 58, 61, 62, 63, 64 and 65 of Stratton's Subdivisions of the Canada de los
Osos and La Laguna Ranchos, according to the map recorded in Map Book "A" at page
161 in the office of the recorder of San Luis Obispo County, to the most northerly
corner of said Lot "CC"; thence, northwesterly along the southwesterly line of Lot
"DD" of said resubdivision to the most westerly corner thereof; thence, northeasterly
along the northwesterly line of said Lot "DD" to the most northerly corner thereof;

Boulevard; thence, continuing along said city limits line north, west, north, east
to a point of the east line of Section 21; thence, north along the east line of last said Section 21 to the northwest corner of the southwest ¼ of the northwest ¼ of Section 22, Township 30 South, Range 12 East; thence, east, along the north line of said southwest ¼ of the

¼ of the northwest ¼ of said Section 22 to a point on the westerly line of the right-of-way of State Highway (V-SLO-56-D)

northwesterly, along the said westerly right-of-way line to a point on the north-south
centerline of Section 16 of Township 30 South, Range 12 East, M.D.M.; thence, north along the said section centerline to
a point on the northerly line of said Section 16; thence, along the southerly line of the Rancho Potrero de San Luis Obispo, easterly,
southeasterly, and northeasterly, to a point on the north line of Section 13, Township 30 South, Range 12 East, M.D.M.; thence, east, along the south line of Section 12 of last said township and range to the southeast corner of said Section 12; thence, north, along the east line of said Section 12 to a point on the westerly line of County Road No. 1 (also known as County Road No.
33020); thence, southeasterly, along the said road line to a point on the westerly
right-of-way line of State Highway (V-SLO-2-D), a freeway; thence, southerly, along
the said right-of-way line to a point on the south line of Section 18, Township 30 South, Range 13 East, M.D.M.; thence, east, along the south line of Sections 18, 17, 16, 15 and 14, Township 30 South, Range 13 East, M.D.B. and M. to an intersection with the Summit of the Santa
Lucia Range of Mountains; thence, southeasterly, easterly and southeasterly along
the said Summit of said Santa Lucia Range to a point on the easterly line of said Section 24, Township 30 South, Range 13 East, M.D.B. and M., thence, south, along the east line of last said
township and range to the southeast corner thereof; thence, west, along the south
line of last said township and range to the northeast corner of the Perrozi Annexation
to the city of San Luis Obispo, California as shown on the map of Tract No. 317 filed
for record in Map Book 7 at page 6 in the office of the recorder of San Luis Obispo
County, California; thence, southerly and westerly along the city limits of the city
of San Luis Obispo as shown on the said map of Tract No. 317 to a point of intersection
with the east line of Section 1 of Township 31 South, Range 12 East, M.D.B. and M.;

thereon which is 20 feet southerly of the north line of Section 7 of Township 31 South,
Range 13 East, M.D.B. and M.; thence, east, along the line parallel with and distant
20 feet southerly of the said north line of Section 7 to a point on the southwesterly
line of County Road No. 34; thence, easterly and southeasterly along the southwesterly
line of said county road to a point on the northwesterly line of the Rancho Corral
de Piedra; thence, southwesterly along said northwesterly line of the Rancho Corral
de Piedra to a point on the south line of Lot 5 of Section 7, Township 31 South, Range
13 East, M.D.M.; thence, west, along the said south line of Lot 5 and along the south
line of Lot 2 of said Section 7 to the west ¼ corner of said Section 7; thence, south
along the west line of said Section 7 to the southwest corner thereof; thence, west,

thence, south, along the west line of said Section 13 to a point on the north line of the Rancho San Miguelito; thence, easterly along
said north line to the northeast corner of said Rancho San Miguelito; thence, southerly
along the easterly line of said Rancho San Miguelito to the northeast corner of Lot
1 of the subdivisions of parts of Ranchos Pismo and San Miguelito, according to the
map thereof recorded in Book "A" of Maps at page 157, records of said county; thence,
along the northerly lines of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of last mentioned subdivisions, northwesterly,
westerly and southwesterly to the northwest corner of said Lot 3; thence, southerly
and southwesterly along the westerly line of said Lot 3 and along the westerly line
of Lot 5 of last said subdivisions to a point on the southwesterly right-of-way line
of the California State Highway (V-SLO-2-E); thence, northwesterly along said southwesterly
right-of-way line to a point on the southerly line of Lot A of the Beebee Tract according
to the map thereof recorded in Book "B" of Maps at page 68, records of said county;
thence, westerly along said southerly lot line to the southwest corner of said Lot
"A"; thence, southerly along the easterly line of Lot 43 of the Subdivisions of the
Rancho San Miguelito according to the map thereof recorded in Book "A" of Maps at
page 38, records of said county, to the line of ordinary high tide of the Pacific
Ocean; thence, along the said line of ordinary high tide northwesterly to the point
of beginning.
